Returning customers can order below by submitting
Order Request Form. Simply note a "quantity" in box next to product you want. We have your shipping information
on file - just fill-in boxes provided so we can process your order. Choose a payment option so that there
are no delays in processing.

Orders received through the Order Request Form will be processed Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM, EST, exc.
holidays. An order confirmation/invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Shipments are sent via USPS
or UPS/Fedex at discretion of HPMS, Inc. Shipping and Handling Charges are additional. If there is an items

In order to offer you the widest selection
of products, some items will ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse and will be delivered to you within 7-10 business
days. Please note that to ensure proper delivery, a complete, physical address is required. You will receive a shipping

Any shipments outside the continental U.S. will be notified of any
additional necessary shipping funds. Free shipping offers are continental U.S. only, ground service.
