Pricing on this site reflects our online discounts and is available only on pre-paid
orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, company checks, money orders, wire transfers &
PayPal. Shipping and handling charges are additional.
All prices listed in our website are subject to change without notice.
Sale/Special or closeout prices are in effect while they remain on the website and in-stock quantities are available.

Coupon Offer
HPMS, Inc. will attempt to price match products where the buyer
has found a lower total price. If HPMS, Inc. cannot price match a $5.00 coupon will be emailed. Coupons cannot
be used for prior orders and must be redemmed at time of purchase. PayPal cart does not allow the use
of coupons at this time. Coupons do not apply to Sales/Discounted/Free Shipping/Price Matching offers. Coupon
good orders of product totaling $50.00 or more. Lowest price opportunity does not apply to Capital Equipment,
Tubigrip, Core Products International, Saunders, Disinfectants, Unipatch. Mediflow, Chiroflow & any "MAP"
Products. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Orders may also be paid by company check, money order or wire
transfer. However, in the case of company checks, up to 10 business-days for check clearance is necessary for order
acceptance. Credit card charge backs will be assessed a $45.00 fee and turned over to an outside collection
department. Checks returned for any reason will be subject to a $30.00 fee. All refunds requested on wire
transfers incur a fee of $29.00 for U.S. via wire transfer and $49.00 for international via wire transfer. Refunds
can be made within the U.S.at no additional charge via USPS. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. U.S.
currency only.
Open account customers may download HPMS Sales Order Form to fax order for processing.
Note: HPMS, Inc. is doing business in NH as The Therapy Connection.
Order Confirmation
Orders received by fax and email will recieve a confirmation by e-mail when order has been processed to leave
our facility. Fax customers please provide a valid e-mail address to avoid delays in processing. Telephone orders
will be given a scheduled delivery at time of order.

Returns/Cancellations
Below you will find answers to your questions regarding how to

Exchange An Order:
We will happily exchange your order
for another item of equal or greater value, provided that you pay the shipping & handling costs associated with
the exchange. If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, please just let us know. The problem will
be remedied at no additional cost to you. Credit will be given in the case of exchanges only where the item has been
inspected and is in resalable condition.
Return An Order:
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case
that the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item and it is in resalable condition.
Please note the items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged:
- opened goods
- pillows & supports
- personal use items
- capital equipment
If you have an item that you would like to return which is not an
exception in the above list, please contact our returns department to receive a return goods authorization number (RGA). All
returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and/or delivery charges on returns are the customer's responsibility.
All
returns must be accompanied by an RGA. Returns without a RGA number will not be accepted. All returns are subject to
inspection and must be in resalable condition.
Cancellation:
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot
be cancelled unless HPMS, Inc. notifies the buyer that the item/s is on backorder and/or unable to ship. Refused
or undeliverable shipments including shipping and handling charges are not refundable or exchangeable and will not be accepted. Should orders become unable to ship as a result of buyers failure to provide additional
shipping charges a fee equal to 35% of the total order will be retained by HPMS, Inc..
